Contingency Plan

We have ran into problems with our location of a multi story car park.

We have contacted a man called Mike O'Connor (who works for CV1 in Coventry) who is letting us know if we will be able to obtain permission to film in a car park in Coventry city centre on a Sunday afternoon. We contacted him through email which we got from ringing Coventry city council. However we have learnt that the Belgrade Plaza Car park will not let us film due to being privately owned, nor the car park on New Union Street due to our storyline involving a dead person and a gun therefore causing awareness to customers using the car park.
Instead we have come up with a contingency plan which includes:
-Filming in Stratford car park Multi story not effecting our planning or storyboard(Stacey will contact the Stratford-Upon-Avon Council to obtain permission)
-Filming in a car park in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
-Earlier filming of the black car before it is taken away due to being a hire car.
-Filming of the interior in a different car with similar features of the black car.
