In the header of the Magazine Front cover there is a banner this draws the readers attention to it due it being white, the amount of white being used on this cover is very minimal making it more exaggurated when used. Also the neon green and black font help to make it stand out. The Masthead is just below this banner it is written in splattered blood type effect This goes with the film due to it having a violent nature. The picture of the main character is placed infront of the masthead this is a popular convention used on magazine front covers. In the background we can see faded superheros this reveals more about the film giving the audience the idea that this film is based on a comic book story Furthermore it tells us the name of these two superheros in the background in bold introducing us to the characters slightly. The character has blood on his face and looks as though he is drawing for a weapon therefore we know fighting is involved. The uniform he is in gives the idea that he has some sort of authority. The slogan used for this film on this cover is 'its bloody its brilliant and boy does it kick ass' The alliteration makes this slogan stay in the audiences head also the bright neon green font for the title of the film lets the reader know straight away what the magazine is about also the red font colour represent anger to the audience. In the footer of the magazine we are told what else features in the magazine.
