Results of Interview and Focus Group

From doing an interview with somebody outside our target audience we realized that they watch thriller films however don't understand what is classed as a thriller film. Inception seemed to be popular with both the focus group and interview however neither followed the cross media campaign and if they did it wasn't purposely. Thriller films are enjoyed most when unpredictable however can be disliked if they are too realistic as people may fear it happening to them in real life. Therefore my film i am producing a teaser trailer for will have a twist to the plot keeping the audience intrigued.
